Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, and burger sauce

Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
Press a small handful of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla and season well.
Cook tortillas beef-side down on the hot skillet for 2–3 minutes until browned.
Flip tortillas, sprinkle cheese over the beef, and fold in half.
Toast both sides until crispy and golden brown, about 2–3 more minutes.
Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve with toppings.

For an extra crispy finish, brush the outside of the tortilla with melted butter or oil before grilling. Don’t overpack the quesadilla to ensure easy flipping.
