Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup marshmallow fluff or cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream for filling
¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream for ganache
Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce for drizzling
¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Optional: Mini marshmallows for torch toasting

Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of each serving cup.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and powdered sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold gently into the marshmallow mixture.
In a saucepan, heat ½ cup heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth to make ganache.
Layer the cups starting with graham cracker crumbs, then marshmallow filling, followed by ganache; repeat if desired.
Top with whipped cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle, mini chocolate chips, and extra graham crumbs.
Optional: Toast marshmallows on top with a kitchen torch or under a broiler.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
