Description Delicious layered dessert that combines crunchy graham crackers, creamy marshmallow cheesecake, and rich chocolate ganache, reminiscent of classic s’mores without the campfire.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup marshmallow fluff or cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream for filling
  • ¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream for ganache
  • Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce for drizzling
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • Optional: Mini marshmallows for torch toasting

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of each serving cup.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold gently into the marshmallow mixture.
  4. In a saucepan, heat ½ cup heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth to make ganache.
  5. Layer the cups starting with graham cracker crumbs, then marshmallow filling, followed by ganache; repeat if desired.
  6. Top with whipped cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle, mini chocolate chips, and extra graham crumbs.
  7. Optional: Toast marshmallows on top with a kitchen torch or under a broiler.
  8. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
