Delicious layered dessert that combines crunchy graham crackers, creamy marshmallow cheesecake, and rich chocolate ganache, reminiscent of classic s’mores without the campfire.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup marshmallow fluff or cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream for filling
- ¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream for ganache
- Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce for drizzling
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- Optional: Mini marshmallows for torch toasting
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of each serving cup.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold gently into the marshmallow mixture.
- In a saucepan, heat ½ cup heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth to make ganache.
- Layer the cups starting with graham cracker crumbs, then marshmallow filling, followed by ganache; repeat if desired.
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle, mini chocolate chips, and extra graham crumbs.
- Optional: Toast marshmallows on top with a kitchen torch or under a broiler.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Avoid overmixing whipped cream.
