Description
A nostalgic twist on a campfire classic, these S’mores Layered Delight Cups are individual servings packed with creamy marshmallow cheesecake, silky chocolate ganache, and buttery graham crumbs.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup marshmallow fluff or cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for filling)
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce (for drizzling)
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- Optional: Mini marshmallows for torch-toasting
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of each serving cup.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the marshmallow mixture.
- In a small saucepan, heat ½ cup heavy cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth to make ganache.
- Layer the cups: start with graham cracker crumbs, then marshmallow cheesecake filling, followed by ganache. Repeat if desired.
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle, mini chocolate chips, and extra graham crumbs.
- Optional: Toast marshmallows on top with a kitchen torch for a true s’mores finish.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled with optional torch-toasted marshmallows on top.
