- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup marshmallow fluff or cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for filling)
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce (for drizzling)
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- Optional: Mini marshmallows for torch-toasting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of each serving cup to form a solid crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar, mixing until creamy.
- Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the marshmallow mixture.
- Heat ½ cup heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour cream over chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
- Layer ingredients in each cup, starting with the graham cracker crust, followed by the cheesecake filling and ganache. Repeat layers if space allows.
- Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
- Optional: Torch mini marshmallows on top for a smoky flavor.
- Chill assembled cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
