S’mores Layered Delight Cups

Description

A modern twist on the classic s’mores dessert, these layered cups are a delightful explosion of flavors and textures, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup marshmallow fluff or cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for filling)
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • Optional: Mini marshmallows for torch-toasting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of each serving cup to form a solid crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar, mixing until creamy.
  3. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Heat ½ cup heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour cream over chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Layer ingredients in each cup, starting with the graham cracker crust, followed by the cheesecake filling and ganache. Repeat layers if space allows.
  6. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Optional: Torch mini marshmallows on top for a smoky flavor.
  8. Chill assembled cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use high-quality ingredients. Prepare filling and crust a day in advance and store separately until assembly.
