Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained and rinsed (cannellini or great northern)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
