Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients, and mix until combined.
- Fold in the mashed bananas.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
