Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Shredded chicken
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- Cheese
- Butter
- Optional toppings (lettuce, pickles, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Layer the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with lettuce and pickles.
Notes
For extra kick, add more buffalo sauce or top with sliced jalapeños. Choose any cheese you like; mozzarella or cheddar work well. For a quicker option, use rotisserie chicken instead of cooking your own.
