Description

Delicious sliders filled with spicy buffalo chicken and melted cheese, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Shredded chicken
  • Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • Cheese
  • Butter
  • Optional toppings (lettuce, pickles, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Layer the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  8. Serve warm, optionally topped with lettuce and pickles.

Notes

For extra kick, add more buffalo sauce or top with sliced jalapeños. Choose any cheese you like; mozzarella or cheddar work well. For a quicker option, use rotisserie chicken instead of cooking your own.
