Ingredients
12 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, 3/4 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Stuff each pasta shell generously with the ricotta mixture.
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer the stuffed shells in the dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
