Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, 3/4 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell generously with the ricotta mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer the stuffed shells in the dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
