- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, 3/4 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each pasta shell generously with the ricotta mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer the stuffed shells in the dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
