  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Mix the rolled oats and vanilla protein powder in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the almond butter and sweetener, and stir to combine.
  4. Incorporate softened cream cheese.

  6. Form a sticky dough by mixing everything together.
  7. Fold in freeze-dried strawberries.
  8. Mix in mini chocolate chips if desired.
  9. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls.
