Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups shortcake, crumbled
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled shortcake on top of the cream cheese layer, leaving a small border.
  4. Place sliced strawberries on top of the shortcake.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end, to form a log.
  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces to resemble sushi rolls.
