Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle crumbled shortcake on top of the cream cheese layer, leaving a small border.
- Place sliced strawberries on top of the shortcake.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end, to form a log.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces to resemble sushi rolls.
- Serve with whipped cream on the side.
