Ingredients

- 4 buns (Brötchen)
- 8 slices of bacon
- 50 g shredded cheese
- 8 eggs
- A handful of chives
Instructions
- Cut the buns in half and hollow them out so that they are slightly empty.
- In each half, place 1 slice of bacon, some cheese, a cracked egg, and a bit of chopped chives.
- Arrange the filled buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake them in the oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are set and the buns are golden.
Notes
Serve warm with a side of fresh fruit or hot sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
