Description

These slow-cooker Mississippi Meatballs are tender, juicy, and full of zesty ranch and pepperoncini flavor—perfect for game day or a cozy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • ½ cup jarred pepperoncini peppers
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini juice
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, egg, ranch seasoning, au jus mix, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Form into meatballs and place in the slow cooker.
  3. Add pepperoncini peppers and juice on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until meatballs are fully cooked through.

Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks, or over mashed potatoes or rice as a main dish.
