Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 – 2 tbsp chili sauce (adjust for spice level)
Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
Form mixture into 18-22 meatballs, about 1-1.25 inches in diameter, and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and golden brown.
Meanwhile, make the glaze by combining honey, soy sauce, and chili sauce in a saucepan; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Transfer cooked meatballs to a bowl, pour glaze over them, and toss gently until coated.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
