- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1–2 tbsp chili sauce (adjust for spice level)
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
- Form mixture into 18-22 meatballs, about 1-1.25 inches in diameter, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, make the glaze by combining honey, soy sauce, and chili sauce in a saucepan; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Transfer cooked meatballs to a bowl, pour glaze over them, and toss gently until coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a thicker glaze, return glazed meatballs to the oven for an additional 3-4 minutes. These meatballs can be frozen and reheated later.
