Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the skillet mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the garlic amount according to your taste. Other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini can also be added.
