Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by a layer of tater tots, and then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
