  • If you do not have cream of tartar you can omit it from the topping, no replacement is necessary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat two 4 ½ x 8 ½ inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the melted coconut oil and eggs until well combined. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, whisking continuously.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
