Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or half mayo, half sour cream)
  • 1 bag of Fritos (1011 oz), crushed lightly
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine corn, cheddar cheese, red onion, and bell pepper.
  2. Stir in mayonnaise until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Just before serving, fold in crushed Fritos to preserve crunch.

Notes
