These Chicken Caesar Wraps are quick, flavorful, and perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Filled with juicy seasoned chicken, crisp romaine, Caesar dressing, and crunchy croutons all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1.5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 2 large tortillas (whole wheat or flour)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, lemon pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Remove chicken from heat and let rest. Slice thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss to coat.
- Lay the tortillas flat and evenly divide the salad mixture and sliced chicken between them.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Optional: Toast the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
Notes
Great served warm or cold. Add bacon bits or avocado for a twist. You can also use grilled chicken from leftovers.
