Description

These Chicken Caesar Wraps are quick, flavorful, and perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Filled with juicy seasoned chicken, crisp romaine, Caesar dressing, and crunchy croutons all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1.5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 2 large tortillas (whole wheat or flour)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, lemon pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from heat and let rest. Slice thinly.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss to coat.
  5. Lay the tortillas flat and evenly divide the salad mixture and sliced chicken between them.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  7. Optional: Toast the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.

Notes

Great served warm or cold. Add bacon bits or avocado for a twist. You can also use grilled chicken from leftovers.
