Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Divide the batter into small bowls and add food coloring to each, mixing until vibrant.
- Spoon the colored batter into the donut pan, alternating colors, and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and milk, dip the donuts, and add sprinkles.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for brighter colors. Store donuts in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature.
