Delightful sliders featuring savory turkey, creamy Havarti cheese, and zesty cranberry sauce, all nestled between fluffy Hawaiian rolls—perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey
  • 8 ounces sliced Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom layer in the baking dish.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
  4. Layer half the turkey over the cranberry sauce.
  5. Add Havarti cheese slices on top of the turkey.
  6. Layer the remaining turkey over the cheese.
  7. Place the top section of the rolls on top and press down gently.
  8. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in Dijon mustard, brown sugar, everything bagel seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
  9. Pour the glaze evenly over the assembled rolls.
  10. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  11. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Let rest for 5 minutes, then cut and serve warm.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, replace turkey with roasted vegetables. Allow sliders to rest before cutting for easier serving.
