Description

Transform your Thanksgiving leftovers into delicious sliders with turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese on Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • Leftover Thanksgiving turkey
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Swiss cheese
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Butter
  • Poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese on the rolls.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling, gently pressing down.
  5. Melt the butter and mix in the poppy seeds. Brush over the top of the rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese instead of Swiss.
