Transform your Thanksgiving leftovers into delicious sliders with turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese on Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients
- Leftover Thanksgiving turkey
- Cranberry sauce
- Swiss cheese
- Hawaiian rolls
- Butter
- Poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese on the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling, gently pressing down.
- Melt the butter and mix in the poppy seeds. Brush over the top of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese instead of Swiss.
