Description

Quick and delicious turkey cranberry sliders perfect for game day and entertaining, combining turkey, cheese, and cranberry sauce on soft Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • 12 count package Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey
  • 8 ounces sliced Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom section in the baking dish.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the bottom layer.
  4. Layer half of the sliced turkey over the cranberry sauce.
  5. Place Havarti cheese slices over the turkey, overlapping slightly.
  6. Add the remaining turkey on top of the cheese.
  7. Place the top section of the rolls over the layers, pressing down gently.
  8. Melt butter and stir in Dijon mustard, brown sugar, everything bagel seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  9. Pour the butter glaze over the assembled sliders.
  10. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Let rest for 5 minutes, then cut and serve warm.

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked later. Feel free to customize with different cheeses or toppings.
