Quick and delicious turkey cranberry sliders perfect for game day and entertaining, combining turkey, cheese, and cranberry sauce on soft Hawaiian rolls.

- 12 count package Hawaiian rolls
- 8 ounces sliced turkey
- 8 ounces sliced Havarti cheese
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom section in the baking dish.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the bottom layer.
- Layer half of the sliced turkey over the cranberry sauce.
- Place Havarti cheese slices over the turkey, overlapping slightly.
- Add the remaining turkey on top of the cheese.
- Place the top section of the rolls over the layers, pressing down gently.
- Melt butter and stir in Dijon mustard, brown sugar, everything bagel seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Pour the butter glaze over the assembled sliders.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then cut and serve warm.
Notes
These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked later. Feel free to customize with different cheeses or toppings.
