Ingredients

  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, carrots, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and apple cider vinegar for the glaze, then pour it over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
