- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cranberries and apple slices together.
- In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread the cranberry-apple mixture in a baking dish.
- Pour the oat mixture over the fruit evenly.
- Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
