Description

A unique and delightful take on a Thanksgiving classic with the perfect blend of cranberries and apples, topped with a crispy oat mixture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cranberries and apple slices together.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Spread the cranberry-apple mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the oat mixture over the fruit evenly.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
