2 cups watermelon puree
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup lime juice
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon lime zest

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
