  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
