- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store the cookies in an airtight container for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze cookies in a single layer and transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
